Seeking an experienced Contractors Representative for a project-based contract in Lusaka Zambia focused on replacing sewer pipes The ideal candidate is a qualified Civil Engineer with a strong background in infrastructure projects specifically in water sewer bulk water pipelines reservoirs and building structures design and construction supervision This role is responsible for overall project and contracts management ensuring the successful execution of the project from inception to completion

Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
10 years of experience in infrastructure projects
5 years of experience in
o Water sewer and bulk water pipelines
o Reservoirs and building structures design
Construction supervision experience
Strong experience in project and contract management
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and reporting
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Previous experience working on projects in Africa is an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

Project and Contract Management
Oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements

Client and Stakeholder Liaison
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the client
Lead and facilitate site meetings with stakeholders to align on project progress and challenges

Leadership and Team Management
Manage key staff members involved in project execution
Provide technical guidance and ensure collaboration across teams

Reporting and Compliance
o Sign off on all project reports including
Construction progress reports
Environmental and Social ES reports
Management and Supervision Implementation Plan MSIP reports

Procurement and Logistics
Oversee the procurement of all necessary equipment materials and supplies required for the project
Ensure timely delivery and enforce quality control measures
