- Oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and event catering.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of F&B professionals to deliver outstanding service.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design innovative menus that reflect the hotel’s brand and appeal to guests.
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.
- Drive profitability by analyzing sales trends, setting budgets, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal offerings to enhance guest experiences.
- Build strong relationships with guests, handling feedback and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency through effective scheduling, staff allocation, and resource management.
- Prepare and present detailed financial and performance reports to senior management.
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in a high-end or boutique hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and guest service standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in F&B management software and financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of local and international food and beverage trends.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
