Software Implementation Specialist (CPT Onsite)

DUTIES:

Analysis and Scoping –

• Review and assess business needs and current processes looking for opportunities for efficiencies.
• Identify areas for improvement in terms of software and technology solutions.
• Document current processes and system integrations.
• Propose solutions that can be used to solve areas identified for improvement and select the software/system needed.

Solution Implementation –

• Manage project timelines, resources and budgets when working with partners or new systems.
• Report in to stake holders to track the project management and progress.
• Document processes and create materials to support the implementation.

Training and Support –

• Train and support to ensure effective use of new systems or services and then monitor/troubleshoot.
• Conduct post-implementation evaluations to assess the success and identify areas for improvement.

Research and Analysis -

• Stay updated with product developments and updates for continuous improvement.
• Share relevant updates with the business to elevate overall understanding.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications –

• Degree in IT / Computer Science or related fields.

Experience/Skills -

• Minimum 5 years' experience in System Integration and/or Technical Project Management.
• Experience with Big Data analysis.
• Experience with Project Management software.
• Aptitude to apply technology driven solutions to business problems or enhance efficiencies.
