DUTIES:
Architectural Strategy & Design:
- Define and develop the end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow implementations in the telecom domain.
- Lead architectural discussions and decisions around ServiceNow modules, especially TSOM, TSM, ITOM (IT Operations Management), and ITSM (IT Service Management), ensuring they align with business goals.
- Develop a roadmap for ServiceNow implementation, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with the telecom industry's regulatory and compliance standards.
Telecom-Specific Architecture:
- Design architecture frameworks and patterns that ensure integration between ServiceNow and telecom operational systems (e.g., OSS).
- Collaborate with telecom-specific business units to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with ServiceNow.
- Align architecture with Open Digital Architecture (ODA) standards and other relevant telecom frameworks.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the liaison between technical teams, business leaders, and third-party vendors, including ServiceNow and telecom service providers.
- Communicate the architecture vision to business stakeholders and gather their feedback.
- Ensure that all proposed solutions align with the business strategy and enterprise architecture principles.
Integration:
- Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other telecom platforms and applications, such as OSS systems, CRM, ERP, and custom-built telecom applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in solution designing, with at least 5 years in the telecom domain.
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow architecture and solution design, including hands-on implementation of TSOM and TSM modules.
- Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow with telecom systems like OSS, BSS, NMS (Network Management Systems), and more.
Technical Skills:
- Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform, particularly in telecom modules like TSOM, TSM, and ITOM.
- Deep understanding of telecom infrastructure and operations, including network services, OSS, and telecom-specific business processes.
- Strong knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, TAM) and Open Digital Architecture (ODA).
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) [preferred].
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, TSM) [preferred].
- ITIL v4 certification [desirable]..
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large-scale ServiceNow implementations for telecom operators.
- Familiarity with cloud-based ServiceNow deployments in telecom environments.
- Understanding of network operations, including 5G, NFV (Network Functions Virtualization), and SDN (Software-Defined Networking).
