Please note that this role is only relevant to candidates who have a plumbing and mechanical trade and who has worked on new construction projects and is not maintenance focused.
- You will have a tertiary qualification and trade test Plumber, with 5+ years experience in the construction sector, dealing with both mechanical and plumbing activities on construction sites.
- You will have proven experience in planning and programming of sites, with aspects such as resource planning, site coordination planning and problem solving.
- You will have experience in organising and coordinating site administration, managing quality workmanship and manpower management, as well as ensuring HSE on sites
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
- The role does require candidates to be site based, thus the flexibility to be based on sites nationally is essential
