Please note that this role does require travel to other branches in KZN.
In addition, you must have proven experience in new business development management, as well as team management, dealing with industrial products, not services or generalized retail sales.
- You will have a tertiary qualification in Business Management/Commerce or similar, coupled with 5-8 years experience in industrial and engineering product business development.
- You will have a proven track record in business development, achieving profitability by managing budgets, as well as effectively managing and motivating staff across 2-3 branches in the KZN region.
- You will have experience in driving digital platform sales, managing internal and external sales targets and ensuring a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- You will have experience in designing and implementing strategic planning for growth of the branches and customer databases, as well as providing management reporting for the EXCO.
- You must have a valid driver’s licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
