We are seeking a Site Agent to manage building sites in Hout Bay, Sea Point, and the Boland areas. If you have a strong background in construction management and are ready to lead projects with efficiency and professionalism, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee daily site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule
✅ Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
✅ Coordinate logistics and material deliveries
✅ Report on project progress and resolve on-site issues

Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in construction
✔️ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
✔️ Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards
✔️ Excellent communication and organizational abilities
✔️ Driver’s license and own transport preferred
