As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent for our clients. Working closely with recruiters, you’ll source candidates, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and help build a strong talent pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Sourcing high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
Screening CVs and conducting initial phone interviews
Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
Managing job applications and keeping databases up to date


What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, target-driven mindset
Experience in recruitment, ideally in the engineering, construction or technical sector
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
