- Repair Advice: Deliver prompt and qualified repair advice to the dealership network Commercial vehicles.
- Vehicle Repair and Diagnosis: Repair, diagnose, and analyze vehicles returned to the Technical Service Center (TSC).
- Onsite Support (Flying Doctor Function): Diagnose and repair vehicles directly at dealership locations as needed.
- Remote Diagnosis: Provide technical support via remote diagnosis to dealers to facilitate repairs.
- HV Electric Vehicles: Offer analysis and diagnostics for electric vehicles, ensuring expertise in handling high-voltage systems.
- Technical Queries: Support the Customer Interaction Centre for all technical queries pertaining to vehicles in the market.
- Minimizing Costs: Reduce operational costs and manage warranty and goodwill expenses through timely and effective dissemination of information to dealers.
- Technical Service Information: Assess and deliver technical service solutions for product issues to ensure widespread understanding within the Dealer Network.
- Collaboration with Quality Divisions: Work alongside Quality Divisions to inform dealers about actions taken to address reported technical issues.
- Monitoring Effectiveness: Regularly review the effectiveness of diagnostic and repair instructions, ensuring immediate corrective actions for any identified issues.
- NN Diploma / National Diploma / Degree in Electrical /Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or Motor Mechanic/Auto Electrician Trade Certificate with a VW/AUDI Master / Diagnostic Technician with High voltage technician HVT /HVE Certification
- Minimum 5-10 years postgraduate work experience related to mechanical, electrical fault finding and development of technical solutions.
- Ability to handle automotive product support issues.
- Familiarity with Aftersales Service systems and processes.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Problem-solving, task prioritization and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
