Campus General Manager

DUTIES:

• Accountable for all aspects of a campus’s performance including student growth, financial performance, and academic customer results and experience.
• Planning, management and coordination of systems and processes.
• Staff Leadership.
• Internal and external stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications –

• Relevant Postgraduate qualification (preferably Commerce), an Undergrad may be considered for candidates with a proven track record of relevant experience.

Experience/Skills –

• At least 5 years’ management experience in Higher Education.
• Commercial knowledge and skills – understand profit and loss statements and the key drivers of income and expenses, driving sales and revenue.
• Matrix management know-how.
• Good understanding regarding the development and maintenance of a high-performance culture.
• Good understanding of customer experience principles and its impact on student success and student experience.
• Good understanding of academic processes and regulatory frameworks, as well as academic Higher Education products and product development processes (Advantageous).
