- Co-ordinate activities and functions to ensure that maintenance targets are met.
- Ensure adequate resources are available.
- Manage performance and development of sub-ordinates according to company procedures, work instructions and relevant legislation.
- NQF 6 Educational level: Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering Diploma/Degree
- Must be a qualified Fitter/Millwright/Electrician
- Must have training Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Basic PLC & Robotics
- Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity
- Must have Extensive technical background in terms of Press Shop and Assembly maintenance within an automotive environment.
- Must understand Quality specifications and systems.
