DUTIES:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Identify client challenges and align solutions with their business objectives.
  • Deliver high-impact presentations and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Facilitate design-led solution workshops to capture client needs.

Business Process Improvement & Digital Transformation:

  • Diagnose and redesign complex business processes to improve efficiency.
  • Develop compelling business cases highlighting digital benefits.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitization across operations.
  • Define data and information requirements to support digital transformation.

Solution Design & Delivery Oversight:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Oversee multiple delivery projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
  • Lead AGILE implementations, ensuring adherence to project goals and timelines.

Strategic Consulting & Market Awareness:

  • Stay informed on global trends in automation, digital transformation, and process improvement.
  • Leverage industry best practices to deliver innovative client solutions.
  • Continuously assess risks and identify areas for process optimization.

Commercial & Project Management:

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Maintain strong commercial acumen to align project outcomes with client ROI.
  • Ensure all projects meet critical deadlines while managing complex client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

Skills & Attributes for Success:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in business process redesign and digital transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops and client meetings.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and process automation.
  • Familiarity with AGILE methodologies and design thinking.

Domain Experience:

  • Mining and commodity operational improvement.
  • Supply chain and logistics digital process improvement (non-ERP solutions).

Background & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven consulting experience, with strong client relationship management and solution design.
  • Track record in business process improvement and digital transformation.
  • Experience leading AGILE implementations.

Preferred Certifications (optional):

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Management Consultant (CMC)
  • Six Sigma/Lean Certification
  • Agile or Scrum Certification
  • ITIL Certification
