We are looking for a senior-level Project Account Manager to join a growing team and take charge of onboarding, managing, and maintaining corporate client relationships and overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate would have proven experience in navigating structured corporate processes, handling legal and operational coordination, and ensuring service-level agreement (SLA) compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, or a related field (Preferred but not required).
5-6+ years in Project Management, Account Management, or Client Services.
Corporate experience handling large-scale projects and key stakeholders.
Strong management & problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle corporate presentations and high-level meetings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and detail-oriented
Responsibilities:
Client & Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Act as the bridge between internal departments and clients.
Project Management:
Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Manage client onboarding, including system integration and legal compliance.
Conduct corporate presentations and meetings to update stakeholders.
Implement structured workflows using project tools.
Problem-Solving & Strategic Growth:
Handle queries and escalations, ensuring quick resolution of client issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Work with internal teams to optimize service delivery and exceed client expectations
