Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cost management and contract administration on-site
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities, variations, and progress claims
- Conduct site measurements and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure cost-effective procurement and budget control
- Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure timely and quality delivery
Requirements:
✔️ Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field✔️ 5+ years of experience in residential or high-end construction projects
✔️ Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and procurement
✔️ Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple tasks efficiently
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
