Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Parts Department, including data entry, document management, and filing.
- Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to address inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records and files to ensure efficient retrieval of information.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and updating records as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance department productivity.
- Support the bookkeeping and accounting functions by ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the department.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to liaise and interact with customers and suppliers professionally.
- Highly accurate and detail-oriented in all tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Pinnacle software is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and possess a positive "can do" attitude.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role preferred, but recent graduates will also be considered.
