HR Business Partner Montague Gardens Cape Town
Our client seeks an experienced HRBP with solid HR Generalist experience. Must come from the Supply chain / FMCG or Distribution industry.
Salary: Market-related, depending on the experience and Qualification
Key Duties:
Matric with bachelor’s degree – Honours and master’s highly advantageous
Min 5+ years experience as HRBP
10+ years as HR Generalist
Solid Payroll experience
Strong business acumen and experience working with senior management teams
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of HR to take ownership of responsibilities to support HR Director
Must be able to travel nationally.
