Foreign Creditors Clerk Somerset West Cape Winelands 

Our client in Somerset West Cape Winelands is looking for a Foreign Creditors Clerk with 3-5 years plus experience in dealing with Foreign Payments and clients. You need to be very deadline and accuracy driven. Need to have intermediate experience with Excel able to do Vlookups and other tasks when dealing with invoices and checks.

Salary up to R 25000

 Min Requirements

Matric

Relevant financial bookkeeping certificate an added bonus

3-5 year plus experience in Foreign Creditors a must – Working on EXCEL

Imports experience with creditors and process an added bonus

Dealing with complex invoices important

Being attentive to detail is a must

Excel experience with Vlookups and others a must

NedTreasury (Nedbank’s online banking for foreign payments) experiences an added bonus

Able to handle stressful high volumes

Knowledge of FEC’s an added advantage but not a must

Job Description

Foreign Creditors Clerk – dealing with overseas suppliers

Recon to check that the supplier doesn’t owe money for anything from previous jobs (eg defective goods, samples, courier fees, etc.).

Load the payment on Nedbank.

Subsequent payments would be similar processes.

The complications are tracking all these deductions, dealing with changing invoices, etc.
