Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare operations management role, ideally within a medical office, clinic, or health center.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multi tasking abilites.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and expenses.
- Proficient in healthcare management soWware and MicrosoW Office Suite.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Language - English

Working Conditions:
- Full time position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend hours as required.
- Fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Interaction with patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
