Our manufacturing client seeks the expertise of a Human Resources Generalist / Skills Development Facilitator experience.

Salary: Market related CTC (Depends on experience and qualifications)

Position: Permanent, Office based

Minimum Requirements:

Matric with HR Qualifications with SDF

5 years Human Resources Generalist experience

Training and Skills development experience

BBBEE, EE and SETA submissions.

Prepare and submit HR-related reports

Manage the full recruitment process

Developing and implementing HR Policies and procedures

Labour relations experience
