My client in the Automotive Industry is looking for a General Office/Workshop Administrator to join their team in Montague Gardens.
Responsibilities (not limited to)
- Workshop Administration
- Assist with job cards, invoices, and
- Customer & Service Advisor Support
- Help manage customer queries and updates.
- Stock Tracking & Allocation
- Ensure accurate stock movement and records.
- Social Media Maintenance
- Assist with basic social media updates and maintenance.
- General Office Administration
- Filing, data capturing and correspondence.
- Assist with Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate workshop records.
Requirements/skills needed:
- Grade 12
- Fully computer literate
- At least 2 years’ experience working with Pastel Accounting programs
- Excellent telephone manner and time management skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Reliable and loyal
- Produce work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional and organised
