My client in the Automotive Industry is looking for a General Office/Workshop Administrator to join their team in Montague Gardens.

 

Responsibilities (not limited to)

  • Workshop Administration
  • Assist with job cards, invoices, and
  • Customer & Service Advisor Support
  • Help manage customer queries and updates.
  • Stock Tracking & Allocation
  • Ensure accurate stock movement and records.
  • Social Media Maintenance
  • Assist with basic social media updates and maintenance.
  • General Office Administration
  • Filing, data capturing and correspondence.
  • Assist with Reporting & Compliance
  • Ensure accurate workshop records.

Requirements/skills needed:

  • Grade 12
  • Fully computer literate
  • At least 2 years’ experience working with Pastel Accounting programs
  • Excellent telephone manner and time management skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Reliable and loyal
  • Produce work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional and organised
