Min Requirements
Law Degree (BA Law / BCom / LLB).
Completed articles with experience in Commercial Law
Experience and knowledge with Companies Act, POPI, Labour Legislation, Consumer Protection Act & National Credit Act.
Must come from an manufacturing/engineering environment.
5 years plus experience from a larger company
Responsibilities
Be the Companies legal Secretary handling all legal queries and disputes
Assist with employment disputes
Attend to company disciplinary hearings and CCMA matters.
Draft & prepare legal documents, policies and procedures
Oversee all Service level agreements with suppliers, employee, legal bodies and clients
