Our client is looking for a talented E-Learning Developer to join our team and help them create engaging and effective online learning content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain e-learning courses using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Design and build SCORM-compliant content.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe Captivate to create interactive and engaging learning modules.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to e-learning content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in e-learning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-learning development.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms.
- Experience in building SCORM-compliant content.
- Familiarity with Adobe Captivate is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other e-learning authoring tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Background in instructional design or education technology.
