Our client seeks an experienced HRBP with solid HR Generalist experience. Must come from agriculture industry.

Salary: Market-related, depending on the experience and Qualification

Key Duties:
Matric with a HR bachelor’s degree – Honours and master’s highly advantageous
Min 5+ years experience as HRBP plus managing 3 staff members.
5 years plus experience as a HR Generalist
Oversee and manage of large Payroll
Strong business acumen and experience working with senior management teams
In-depth knowledge of all aspects of HR to take ownership of responsibilities to support HR Director
Must be able to travel nationally.
