Compliance Officer Insurance Bellville, Cape Town
Our insurer client seeks a Compliance officer within the insurance (long term) experience.
Salary: Market related CTC
Minimum Requirements:
Completed FSCA Approved Category I Compliance Officer Certification
Completed RE1
Completed RE5 is advantageous
3+ years of compliance-specific experience within the long-term insurance sector.
Comprehensive knowledge of FAIS, FICA, Insurance Act, Long-Term Insurance Act, FSRA, and other relevant legislation.
Ability to Interpret and apply legislation effectively while excelling in compliance monitoring, risk management, analytical reporting, and policy development and implementation.
