Our client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator / office manager / personal assistant for a professional services company in Claremont Cape Town

Salary Highly negotiable 

Requirements 

Matric

Office Admin / Personal Assistant certificate qualification an added bonus

5-8 years experience as an Office Administrator / Personal Assistant coming from a professional service related backround industry.

Must be able to deal with high end level communication, organization and planning of office and its duties

Excellent of Software packages like Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint, Pastel, and other softwares

Prepare and assist with presentations and brochures to clients

Work on Sales and Marketing Material

Procurement and Supply chain – sourcing pricing
