Marketing Specialist (B2B & FMCG exp) (JHB Onsite)

DUTIES:

• Implement and manage brand campaigns across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the internal Creative/Media team.
• Drive in-store promotions, activations, and product launches.
• Coordinate with Sales and ensure marketing aligns with business goals.
• Track results and make data-backed recommendations.
• Support social growth and online visibility.
• Propose and execute seasonal campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 Years of experience in a Marketing Support or Junior Marketing role.
• Strong understanding of B2B environments and promotional campaigns.
• Experience with FMCG.
• Creative thinker with the ability to execute, not just strategize.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly collaborative and open to feedback.
