Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth- Drive regional sales performance by achieving volume and profit targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while ensuring high retention.
- Cold call and meet potential clients, present proposals, and close deals.
- Meet set targets for customer interactions and site acquisitions.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the fuel and agricultural sectors.
- Provide tailored, timely solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Represent the brand professionally and consistently in the market.
- Submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain and update client records, sales pipelines, and asset registers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Travel extensively throughout the Eastern Cape as required by the role.
Requirements
Qualifications- Matric certificate (Grade 12) required.
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience; fuel industry experience is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with the Eastern Cape agricultural landscape is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license is essential.

- Strong sales background with a solid track record of success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in approaching and engaging decision-makers.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working independently and under pressure.
