Industrial Engineer

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in production, including roles in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Planning, or Supply Chain Management
• Proven project management experience
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in serial production environments
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles and tools
• Strong knowledge of SAP (EP1/S4)
• Willingness to travel internationally and adapt to diverse working environments
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and teamwork skills in a global, multicultural context

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and optimize production systems for improved efficiency and performance
• Maintain Industrial Engineering (IE) master data
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to:
  
  • Process optimization
  • Change management
  • New product introductions
• Evaluate production performance metrics (e.g., OEE, TEEP) to support continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision-making
• Assist in product cost estimation and optimization
• Conduct time and motion studies (e.g., MTM, REFA) for effective workplace design
• Lead capacity planning and capital investment projects
• Develop and maintain Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA)
