Invoice Clerk

Our client is seeking a full-time Bulk Invoice Clerk to be based at their busy manufacturing plant in Clairwood, Durban.

 

The Bulk Invoice Clerk will be responsible for:

• Capturing of all Bulk Orders

• Accurate USD Conversions

• Communication with Debtors Department

• Process Bulk sale invoices

• Act as a back-up for invoicing clerk/order clerk

• Scheduling deliveries of bulk orders

• Report on deliveries

 

Qualification & experience requires:

• Grade 12, any additional qualifications will be preferable

• Previous cost & invoicing experience within a manufacturing environment essential

• Strong Administration skills

• Attention to detail

• Sage Evolution experience
