An international mail order business is looking for a proactive and skilled Webmaster to join their dynamic team. Operating in the eCommerce and direct-to-consumer space, the company manages multiple lifestyle and luxury brands across international markets. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of their digital presence, from website management and optimisation to SEO and email marketing. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and eager to contribute to the ongoing success of a growing, globally-focused team

Minimum Requirements:
Proven experience managing Shopify websites
Minimum 3–5 years in an eCommerce/digital marketing role
Strong understanding of SEO (technical, on-page, and content optimisation)
Proficiency in Klaviyo (email/SMS marketing, segmentation, A/B testing)
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Familiarity with Google Business Profile and local SEO
Data-driven mindset with experience using reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Google Data Studio)
Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices
Knowledge of eCommerce app ecosystems and integrations
Excellent organisational, communication, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote/distributed team
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
Advantageous: experience in A/B testing platforms, schema markup, or HTML/CSS basics

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and optimise Shopify websites
Manage Product listings and updates
Manage Site-wide promotions and content updates
Manage App research, installation, and management
Research and implement strategies to increase conversion rates
Lead and manage email and SMS campaigns via Klaviyo
Build and refine flows, segmentation, testing, and reporting
Plan and execute a full-spectrum SEO strategy (on-page, technical, and content)
Manage local SEO efforts, including updates to Google Business Profiles
Monitor and report website and marketing performance using Looker dashboards and other analytics platforms
Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Act as the primary point of contact for all eCommerce and digital marketing queries
Collaborate with internal teams to align web and marketing strategies
Stay up-to-date with new tools and industry best practices to improve digital performance
