Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential building projects
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings and specifications
- Compile and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotes
- Assist with tender submissions and contract negotiations
- Monitor project costs and provide ongoing reporting
- Work closely with project managers and site teams
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction estimating
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of building methods and local construction regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numeric accuracy
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field (advantageous)
