Job Description

Opportunity for a experienced Accountant, to join my client who specializes in outsourcing Financial Services. If you have the necessary qualification and experience and live in the S/Subs, please apply.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Monthly and annual accounts processing on Xero 
• Prepare advanced tax computations for companies and complete company tax returns
• Prepare financial statements and tax returns for trusts
• Prepare and review advanced tax returns for individual clients
• Prepare final trial balance and input year-end adjustments
• Review general ledger and trial balance, ensure it is accurate and complete, input final adjustments for financial statement
• Assist with projects where necessary
• Assist with reviews and client audits
• Act as client liaison for clients within your portfolio 
• Plan and action work for the year to meet deadlines timeously
• Participate in client meetings and action desired outcomes

Requirements:

• Qualification: relevant B.Com degree 
• Experience working on Xero
• Must be bilingual both written and verbal (English and Afrikaans)
