Sales Generation:
- Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Present and demonstrate fencing products to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Understand customer needs and customize fencing solutions accordingly.
- Provide ongoing support and after-sales service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
- Educate customers on the features and advantages of fencing systems.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- Negotiate sales terms and conditions effectively.
- Regularly update sales activity, pipeline development, and sales forecasts.
- Keep CRM software updated with accurate customer and sales data.
- Identify new markets and opportunities for fencing products.
- Analyze market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fencing, security, or construction industries.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of fencing products, security solutions, and customer needs.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales successfully.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
- Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to foster long-term client relationships.
- Matric with a business or sales diploma (advantageous).
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans.
- Proficient in computer use and CRM systems.
- Own a reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel long distances (physically fit).
- Proven sales track record, particularly in high-value products or solutions.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
