Requirements & Experience: Proven experience in managing on-site construction activities, excellent leadership skills, experience in high rise building (min 4 floors) and the ability to work under pressure. Minimum of 6 years’ experience in construction industry. Experience in retail and hospital projects will be an added advantage. Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Overseeing and coordinating finishing activities on-site. Ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Liaising with various stakeholders, including subcontractors and site management.
Must be Cape Town based
