Debtors Clerk

Our client, a national manufacturing company in Durban, is seeking to employ a Debtors Clerk to join their dynamic team.

 

A brief description of the duties, responsibilities, and functions will consist of: 

 1. Maintenance and filing of Debtors documents 

 2. Processing of receipts 

 3. Preparation and printing of month-end statements 

 4. Presentation of age analysis and debtors ledgers to branches and respective Managers and Directors 

5. Manage and handle customer queries 

 6. Capturing of invoices and credit notes 

 7. Establishment of relationships and communications both externally and internally 

 

Minimum Requirements: 

 1. Senior Certificate 

 2. Computer Literate 

 3. Well-spoken, excellent communication skills 

 4. At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in debtors

 

Salary: R18 500 per month + pension + 13th Cheque
