A leading mining group based in JHB is looking for a hands-on Financial Supervisor to join their central finance team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the full Accounts Payable (AP) function, including reconciliations and supplier management
• Handling daily and monthly cashbook and AR processes, including intercompany invoicing
• Leading month-end processes: invoice processing, journals, accruals
• Managing cash flow and communicating funding requirements accurately
• Supervising a junior team member and reviewing financial outputs
• Assisting with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policy

What we’re looking for:

• BCom in Accounting or Finance (essential)
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in finance with strong AP and cash management focus
• Exposure to foreign supplier processing and hedging transactions
• Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills
• Leadership ability with a keen eye for detail and process optimisation

Nice to have:

• Advanced Oracle experience across AP, AR, and cashbook
• Experience in complex cost allocations and corporate finance environments
