Hotel Operations Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Multi-year experience in leading senior positions (in 5-star hospitality, either in the city or in the bush).
• Hotel management diploma; and experience with hotel financials, HR and food & beverage department and ideally also with the local business market.
• Living in Joburg – live out position – no 9 to 5 mentality.
• Must have a driving license and own vehicle.
• Representable appearance.
• Fluent in English, verbal and written, with the necessary basic knowledge of IT systems, Microsoft Office and hotel reservations systems.
• Experience with OTA’s, and experience with PAN Hospitality
