Training Coordinator-Learning & Development Specialist

ENVIRONMENT:

Our client, a pioneering EdTech startup leading innovation in STEM education technology, is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist (Freelance) (3month - 12 month) to spearhead the rollout and user enablement strategy for its groundbreaking AVR Content Development Project. This role is pivotal in ensuring that immersive learning content is accessible, intuitive, and impactful for educators and learners alike. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing clear, engaging training materials and onboarding resources that support the effective integration of AR/VR simulations into classroom settings, empowering users to confidently adopt and navigate these transformative tools.

 

DUTIES:

• Develop comprehensive trainer and learner manuals
• Create onboarding content for simulation tools
• Support classroom implementation of immersive content
• Ensure instructional clarity and user-friendliness in all materials

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Education, L&D, or related field
• Experience designing educational and training materials  
• Strong writing, instructional design, and communication skills.
