Quality Assurance Lead - QA/M&E Expert

ENVIRONMENT:

Our client, a pioneering EdTech startup at the forefront of STEM education technology, is recruiting a Quality Assurance Lead (Freelance) (3month - 12 month) to oversee QA and Monitoring & Evaluation for their flagship AVR Content Development Project. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to educational quality and technical precision. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end QA process, ensuring that all immersive learning content meets the highest standards of technical functionality, reliability, and pedagogical effectiveness. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity and excellence of the company’s advanced simulations and digital learning materials.

 

DUTIES:

• Oversee content and system testing workflows
• Conduct technical and functional QA assessments
• Maintain alignment with performance, usability, and compatibility benchmarks
• Lead issue tracking, resolution cycles, and reporting

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in QA for tech/education projects
• Deep knowledge of QA methodologies and testing protocols
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
