Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all tender submissions from start to finish.
- Liaise with the Estimating team, Finance Department, and CEO to gather necessary documentation and approvals.
- Compile tender documentation in accordance with client requirements and ensure timely submission.
- Manage pre-qualification documents, vendor registrations, and compliance certificates.
- Track tender opportunities, maintain a tender schedule, and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
- Handle administrative support for the Estimating and Finance teams as required.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Tender Administrator or Bids Coordinator role, preferably in the construction or electrical industry.
- Strong understanding of tender processes, compliance, and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- nowledge of CIDB, COID, CSD, and other compliance platforms is advantageous.
