Senior General Foreman – Concrete Structural Building Project

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all site activities, ensuring daily progress, productivity, and safety.
- Direct and manage teams of foremen, artisans, labourers, and subcontractors.
- Interpret drawings, coordinate concrete works, formwork, rebar, and structural sequencing.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Plan and monitor day-to-day construction activities and resource allocation.
- Report progress and challenges to the Site Agent and Project Manager.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in building construction, with at least 5 years in a Senior General Foreman role.
- Strong background in concrete structural building (multi-storey preferred).
- Excellent technical knowledge of formwork, steel fixing, and concrete placement.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings accurately.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven experience managing large teams and working under pressure.
