Are you passionate about selling online education courses, to assist future student to follow the correct career path, having meaningful conversations about online courses you need to sell to future students? Our Education client in Stellenbosch is looking for passionate student advisor strong in Sales and selling an education service. 3 Years customer Service or Sales Experience – from a Services, Training or Educational Back round
Salary Basic up to R 23000 plus high end commissions and incentives – Flexible working hours
Requirements
Matric
Marketing or Sales Certificate an added bonus
3 years plus sales, leads and selling of educational courses
3 Years customer Service or Sales Experience – from a Services, Training or Educational Back round
Dealing with online incoming sales – Working on a CRM system
Working of online leads and enquiries
Good with computer software – advising student on the software they need to have to download contents and videos
Digital aligned – assisting student with online software and programs to view editorials and videos
Mature and professional communication
Exceptional time keeping and negotiation skills – need to sell educational courses
Responsibilities
Advice and sell online courses to prospective student from A-Z
Lead, Manage and motivate sales by selling educational courses and futures to potential students
Handle Enquiries and follow ups across all platforms within 24 hours
Guide Student through the enrolment process
Attend and assist with student open days, events, and expos
Administering the entire process from enquiries to final payment for online courses
Work from online website leads to make appointments, get applications through and reach targets
Administer the process with new upcoming leads, turning leads into sales
Advising, Enrolling and assisting new future student from A-Z
Assisting student to obtain the necessary software to do online courses
