Position:
- Construction Planner / Programmer
- Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
- Experience Required: 10+ Years in large building project planning
- Develop, manage, and monitor detailed construction programmes for large-scale building projects
- Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure programme alignment
- Produce accurate project timelines, resource allocations, and critical path analyses
- Use planning software (such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar) to generate reports and track progress
- Identify potential delays and risks, propose mitigation strategies, and adjust programmes as necessary
- Support tender submissions with preliminary programmes and methodology input
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Construction Planning and Programming for major building projects
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies and project sequencing
- Proficient in industry-standard planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- South African citizenship or valid work permit
