🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades (e.g. carpentry, tiling, painting, ceilings, joinery, etc.)
- Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, architects and the site team
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Conduct quality checks and snag lists
- Report progress and issues to the Contracts Manager
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finishing work on upmarket projects
- Proven track record managing teams on site
- Strong eye for detail and high-quality workmanship
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport
- Experience in both residential and commercial developments
- Trade qualification or relevant technical diploma
- Market-related, based on experience and qualifications.
