Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the contractual and commercial management of major building projects
• Oversee multiple site contracts, ensuring profitability, compliance, and timely delivery
• Work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients to ensure seamless operations
• Lead contract negotiations, variations, claims, and final accounts
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies, health & safety, and industry regulations

Requirements:
✅ 10+ years experience in a Contracts Management role
✅ Proven background in managing large commercial or structural building projects
✅ Strong knowledge of JBCC, NEC, and/or FIDIC contract forms
✅ Excellent leadership, negotiation, and reporting skills
✅ BSc in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field preferred
