What You’ll Do:
- Prepare accurate bills of quantities and tender documentation
- Manage project costings and progress claims
- Monitor budgets and project expenditure
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Assist with contract administration and reporting
- BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3–5 years experience with a reputable contractor
- Strong knowledge of JBCC & NEC contracts
- Proficient in CCS Candy or similar software
- Strong analytical, communication & negotiation skills
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cape Town
