Financial Administrator

Financial Administrator Pinelands / Rondebosch Area Cape Town 

Our law firm client is looking for a FInancial Administrator / Bookkeeper with finance bookkeeping experience of up to 3 Years. YOU MUST HAVE A CAR as you will be working from 2 different branched (Cape Town CBD and Bellville/Durbanville.

Salary R20 000 – R 25000 (Depends on experience) – Travelling between 2 branches when needed (not at 2 branches on the same day) – CAR ESSENTIAL  

Requirements

Grade 12 with applicable qualifications like bookkeeping – an advantage.

Preferably experience on Lexpro (Lexpro experience not essential) training will be given

Law Firm experience a bonus BUT not a must (can be trained)

3+ years bookkeeping experience

Excel experiences essential

3+ years bank recons experience

Assist with audits where needed

Debtors and Creditors experience

 

Car and Driver’s License ESSENTIAL – A MUST

 

Responsibilities

Assist to get the books to trial balance

Bookkeeping, Recons and payment allocation

Processing of financial data

Assist with invoicing and quotes where needed

Assist with Debtors and Creditors

Capturing and processing payments.

Assist with SARS Submissions like VAT, PAYE, EMP’s and other

Assists with monthly processing of pay slips on salary payments

Assist with Payroll processing and general HR administration experience

Daily printing of Business Bank Statements

Assisting with recons of all accounts

Daily Checking deposits on Business Trust Bank Statement
