- Provide tailored financial services and product advice to clients
- Assist with personal loan applications and debt consolidation solutions
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and professional service
- Meet daily/weekly targets
- Support branch operations and contribute to overall branch success
- Matric certificate (Grade 12) – compulsory
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Management, or a related field – advantageous but not essential
- 1–3 years in micro-lending, retail banking, or financial services
- Experience in debt consolidation or collections – advantageous
- Proven background in client-facing roles – essential
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Good understanding of credit risk and lending policies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Honest, trustworthy, and reliable
- Professional and client-oriented approach
- Detail-focused with strong accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset and initiative-driven
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets
- Fluency in Xhosa and English will be an advantage
- Clear credit record – mandatory
- No criminal record – mandatory
- Must be a South African citizen or hold a valid work permit
