Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Prepare project progress reports, cost control, and scheduling.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager in commercial/industrial building projects.
- PrCM Professional preferred
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport.
